Your account

Delete your account.

You are in control of your data. Account deletion is permanent.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. 1Sign in to the Fudii app.
  2. 2Open Profile → Delete Account.
  3. 3Confirm the permanent deletion.

The app shows progress and confirms when deletion is complete. You can close the app while it finishes.

Can’t use the app?

Email us from the address registered to your account.

We use it to verify the account is yours.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in identity and profile.
  • The records stored for your account in the app (food logs, meal plans, exercise, wellness and synced step data, and similar).
  • Food photos you uploaded, including older stored versions.
  • Any active web subscription is cancelled.

What is kept

  • A one-way hash of the deletion receipt, kept for 30 days so the app can confirm completion, then removed.
  • Backups and payment records held by our storage and payment providers, which follow those providers' retention schedules.

Google Play subscriptions are managed by Google. Cancel them in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) before or after deleting your account.
